Alan W. Fink President and CEO Mr. Fink serves the Company full-time as the CEO, President and as a Director. From 2002 through 2011, Mr. Fink has directed the company as the owner of a sole proprietorship. Mr. Fink was recently the CIO for Business Owners Advantage, a funded startup based in Orem Utah. This position resulted from various consulting work for this company and many others including several fortune 500 companies as a Internet technologies and/or PeopleSoft consultant. Mr. Fink has been an Entrepreneur since 1989 when he created his first high-tech project which was an online technology that was compared directly against AOL. Mr. Fink graduated from the University of Utah in 1989 Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and minors in mathematics, physics, and business. He has accumulated 28 years of technology experience dedicated to information technology with an emphasis in scalable database designs and online business services. |

Robert W. Green Vice President of Business Development Mr. Green is responsible for Alliance and Partnership development as well as overseeing all sales and marketing programs and implementation. Robert has owned several small businesses, has worked as a Sales Manager for a major Real Estate Firm, and has acted as a Sales Agent Trainer for Continental Airlines giving him real world experience in Sales, Marketing and customer service. He has served as the Chairman of the Board of a 501c3 charitable organization. Additionally, he has extensive international experience having worked in over 25 countries as a Satellite Engineer for LBiSat, GlobalSat, and Globecomm for clients such as NATO, US Dept. of State, USAID, Peace Corps, FEMA, US Forest Service, the BLM and others. |

Kenneth S. Fink Vice President of Operations & Technology Development Mr. Kenneth Fink is a member of the Board of Directors and serves as Director of Operations and Product Development. Mr. Fink has been working with SaverKey as a co-founder since its inception. He was the co-owner/founder of American Graphics. one of the fastest growing and most competitive printing and graphic design companies in Utah reaching nearly ½ million in monthly sales. He has been responsible for the operational management of various organizations for over 25 years including high-technology, printing and graphic design, even full housing acquisition and management in the housing industry. Mr. Fink is qualified in many areas of operations with a strong background in technology including Windows Network administration, Server Virtualization, C++, Visual C, Visual Basic, Dot Net, ASP, ASPX, MVC, SQL and MySQL. |
